Customer Service Assistant (online/offline)
- Handle incoming call, email, live chat or enquiry from customer
- Participate in weekly’ company’s activities i.e. roadshow & booth
- Good customer service and problem solving skills
- Willing to work on rotational shift hours, weekend and public holiday
- Performance driven & good team player
- Highly motivated and be able to work under pressure
Minimum Requirements
- SPM qualification
- Age between 21 to 35 years old
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
- Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu

- Participate in planning, organizing and delivering coaching activities for individuals and teams.
- Monitor, encourage and provide a constructive feedback to participants
- Undertake administrative tasks
- Assist and participate with sports promotion/development organize by company
- Kids friendly
- Willing to work on the weekend and public holiday.
